This mixed-use development combines retail and corporate functions with luxury apartments. The ground floor provides approximately 1800m² Retail space along a four storey volume. The glass roof and partly open glass facades allow natural ventilation and invite Cape Town’s weather into the building whilst still providing a protected link for pedestrians from the busy Hans Strijdom to the North Wharf precinct. This along with carefully chosen floor finishes simulates a street shopping environment and seeks to wrap the external façade and functions into the building.
