Peter Stokes has more than 15 Years experience in the Architectural Profession and 5 years experience in the Urban Design Profession, having worked in the United Kingdom, Germany and South Africa.Peter has extensive experience working with both public and private sector clients. He has a successful track record for the design and delivery of large and small scale projects, and has full responsibility for delivering projects and maintaining the highest professional and technical standards across all sectors. Peter joined dhk in June 2008 to further expand the practice’s architectural input in the areas of sustainable architecture, masterplanning, urban design, and delivery of sustainable developments. Before joining the practice, Peter worked with a pioneering energy conscious design practice in the UK. He is very familiar with all aspects of sustainable development from the design of individual buildings to masterplanning and infrastructure. His work has included the design of numerous low energy buildings involving the use of the latest low energy and renewable technologies including biomass CHP, solar water and photovoltaics, and has achieved BREEAM EcoHomes ratings of excellent.
