Steve has 23 Years experience in the Architectural Profession in South Africa, the first 13 of which were in the employ of R & L Architects. There he held the position of associate and was the project architect for the Makro Warehouses in Woodmead, Crown Mines and Port Elizabeth, as well as the Woolworths Textile Distribution Centre in Montague Gardens and numerous Dion and Game Stores. Steve is well experienced in heading production teams in large, fast track projects, specifically in the retail, residential and hospitality sectors. Recent projects include a Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel (whilst employed by Gapp Architects), Project Director for Mandela Rhodes Place, a 40 000m2, a, mixed use urban revival development and Taj Palace Hotel Cape Town, a 20 000m2 city hotel. Steve is currently the Project Architect on the Redevelopment of The Plantation Club Resort & Casino on Mahe, Seychelles.
