Brinley Pritchard has 6 years post graduation experience in the Architectural Profession, having worked in South Africa and the Republic of Ireland.
He has experience in all building stages in a large range of architectural projects. His specialties include residential apartment buildings, housing and luxury hotel projects, concentrating on design, documentation and site management.
His recent involvement comprises the documentation and construction phase of luxury hotels in Cape Town, South Africa and Seychelles, including the co-ordination of the Heritage and Local Council approval processes. Other recent involvements include conceptual design on the prestigious historical Liliesleaf project (boutique hotel).
