David Talbot has a total of 16 Years experience (13 years full-time) in the Architectural Profession, including 3 years work experience abroad on large scale commercial developments. David has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Cape Town in Property Studies (PG Dip Property Studies), including the study of property development, property law, property finance, urban land economics, property valuation, property portfolio management and project management. David has particular interest and experience in commercial property development and forward planning of projects within the office. Most recently he was the Associate representative for dhk on the New Ridgeside Office Development, for Zenprop in Umhlanga Ridge, Durban. The development is the 2nd Building in South Africa to achieve a 4* green rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa. David has extensive experience and involvement through a wide range of buildings in all aspects of architecture from inception to completion, but focused on Design Development, Documentation and Contract Administration.
