The Madison is a 24-storey mixed-use residential tower located on Bree Street, one of Cape Town's trendiest streets, filled with energy and vibrant culture. Designed for Tricolt, the development occupies a full city block bounded by Bree, Buitengracht, Dorp and Leeuwen Streets on the south-western edge of the Cape Town CBD.

The Madison brings Tricolt’s signature premium residential developments to the Mother City, adding a striking form to the city’s skyline. It was conceived to create an urban environment that supports living, working, leisure and wellbeing. The building's massing features a sculpturally articulated podium base that enables the building to interact with the surrounding streetscape. Above it, the tower is expressed as a simplified organic form, terminating in a striking crown element.

The Madison includes basement parking levels, three levels of retail space and five levels of apartments and resident amenities within the podium. Rising above this is the residential tower, which comprises apartment levels and penthouses. In total, the development will offer one- and two-bedroom units, executive suites, simplex units and penthouses. It is positioned to maximise 360-degree views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head, the City Centre and the V&A Waterfront. The building's interior spaces have been designed by ATTIK Design.

The Madison is one of several buildings wehave designed for Tricolt. Other projects include Olympus Sandton, One Rosebank, Tree Tops Houghton and Ellipse Waterfall in Johannesburg.

Construction is expected to start inearly 2027, with completion in mid-2029.
